JERUSALEM, Dec 31 (Reuters) – Israel has signed a offer with the United States to invest in 12 Lockheed Martin Corp (LMT.N) CH-53K helicopters and two Boeing Co (BA.N) KC-46 refuelling planes, the Israeli Defence Ministry mentioned on Friday, estimating the whole value at all over $3.1 billion.
