April 12 (Reuters) – KKR & Co Inc (KKR.N) said on Tuesday it programs to invest in cybersecurity agency Barracuda Networks from its personal equity proprietor Thoma Bravo, highlighting continued interest in cybersecurity enterprises from buyout firms.
The announcement, confirming an before Reuters report, did not disclose economical terms. Resources who requested anonymity reported the offer valued California-based Barracuda Networks at about $4 billion, such as debt.
