Law enforcement say on April 20, deputies responded to the Walgreens retail store found at 50 White Oak Street Fredericksburg, Virginia for experiences of a fraud incident.

Deputies say Sullivan was aiding a consumer with the invest in of a $500 reward card, when she noticed the buyer was bewildered about how to send out the reward card and who the present card was for. The shopper informed Sullivan she had won a Publisher’s Clearinghouse prize of 3 million dollars. Sullivan stated to the customer this seemed to be fraud and contacted the Sheriff’s Business office.
