Who We Are

Puglia Bakery & Bistro is a project started in February 2016 to join the culinary skills and traditional regional flavors of our Apulian grandmothers and mothers to contemporary cuisine made with creativity an love of our Puglia B-Kitchen Boys.

All that served with a smile of our Puglia B Girls.

We have developed a special training in gluten free nutrition so that all our fine dining choices are based on fresh gluten free ingredients and gluten free flours Chef daily transforms in fresh pasta, bread, pizza, cakes …

The gluten part (like fresh pasta, Apulian friselle and tarallini) is treated by separate making line, according to most stringent guidelines of  AIC (Italian Celiac Association).
